2017 'Rhizome' Raw Puer
RHIZOME is a raw (sheng) puer tea from a single area of forest in Xishuangbanna.
This tea has a deceptively subtle upfront flavour. Low in bitterness, with a thick mouthfeel and a strong sweetness that sticks around after drinking, as well as a complex fragrance. The strength of this tea will increase as it ages.
The tea was pressed in November 2017, using a blend of material from Spring and Autumn 2017.
Each cake is 200g.
This particular tea is compressed slightly tighter than Kuura's other productions. The use of a tea knife is recommended.
