2017 'Floating Point' Black Tea
FLOATING POINT is a 'Dian hong' or Yunnan style black tea.
This particular tea is sun dried rather than dried in a machine, leading to less of a malty/chocolate profile typical for many dian hongs, and instead is very fruit-forward with a super juicy, thick body. A daily black tea that can be steeped many many times.
This tea was pressed in November 2017 using material from spring 2017.

Tea is very easy to make, and can be made in a variety of different ways and still taste good.
Another simple way is to simply put a small amount of tea leaves in a large mug of hot water. Let it cool, then sip away. Top it back up with hot water and repeat until there is no flavour left.
