Shipping Policy

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer express and standard delivery options for all orders within Australia. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard delivery and 2-4 business days for express since items are being posted from Byron Bay which is considered regional. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 2-4 business days depending on your location. Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 5-20 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to email us at shop@shackpalacerituals.comAll orders are processed within 1-2 days of order placement. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

For shipping within Australia, we offer both Australia Post and Sendle as options. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be emailed to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during ETA. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery based on item availability, such as Pre-Order or Re-stock. This will be indicated by numerous tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA 

For shipping outside of Australia, we use International Ecommerce Services. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be delivered to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then please email us at at shop@shackpalacerituals.com. All orders are processed within 1-2 days of order placement. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the rare case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email. Once your parcel has been dispatched by us, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. This will be indicated by numerous tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email. 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY 

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars. For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. For these countries, we apologise that we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Shackpalace Rituals is legally required to declare the entire dollar value paid on all international shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require. *ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY OR MAYNOT HAVE CUSTOMS DUTIES APPLICABLE.* By agreeing to purchase items at www.shacpalacerituals.com you are also agreeing to resolve all duties and taxes applicable with your local customs agency, so please be aware and check your email notifications. 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions: Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us via email at shop@shackpalacerituals.com if you have any queries in regards to your shipping region before checking out. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Our inventory is automatically managed through our online system. In the rare occurrence that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund or exchange. Please note Pre-Order estimated delivery dates may change. We apologise in advance for any items you may have missed out on. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address or details, please contact us immediately via our email shop@shackpalacerituals.com. If in the case your order has already been shipped, Shackpalace Rituals accepts no responsibility for incorrect details that are entered. If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion. Shipments which are missed or rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the occasion that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation immediately. 

GIFT WRAPPING  

All orders are packed recycled packaging and wrapped in acid free tissue paper. If you wish to have any items gift wrapped or for us to include a hand written note with your gift order, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via email at shop@shackpalacerituals.com immediately after the order has been placed, referencing your order number and the card’s personal message to include.
