2011 'LOLLY WATER' Aged White Tea
'LOLLY WATER' is a Fujian white tea that has developed some considerable aged characteristics.
Compared to our 'Honey Jar' white tea, this tea is more distinctly aged tasting. The fragrance is dark and intense like, with a brown sugar or molasses note to it. This tea has the most immediate sweetness perhaps out of anything we have in our lineup. The tea is thick and soothing to drink. Take the time to enjoy the smells in from the leaves and the empty cup or pitcher.
Made in 2011 and stored in Guangdong for at least the last several years until we purchased it in 2018.
How do I brew my tea?
Brew this tea using boiling water.
Kuura have put together a simple guide for brewing their tea here.
Tea is very easy to make, and can be made in a variety of different ways and still taste good.
Another simple way is to simply put a small amount of tea leaves in a large mug of hot water. Let it cool, then sip away. Top it back up with hot water and repeat until there is no flavour left.
