This has to be one of the simplest, secretly nutritious dishes ever! No baking required, and if you don’t tell anyone the ingredients before they have licked their bowl clean, they will never guess the green goodness it is based on.
This is the perfect dinner party dessert as you can make it well ahead of time and simply decorate just before serving.
We use all organic ingredients | Serves 4
Gluten free, dairy free, vegan
Flesh of 2 large or 3 small ripe avocados
1 1/2 cups coconut cream
½ cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1-3 tsp monk fruit powder or maple syrup to taste.
Blend all ingredients together in food processor until smooth & creamy.
Spoon into glasses and allow to set in fridge.
Top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, mint and chopped organic raw, dark chocolate to serve.
